Example information plates on refrigeration units

To help us conduct a free assessment of your refrigeration units, please provide the following photographs for each refrigerator and/or freezer you would like to upgrade:

1. A photograph of the entire unit
2. A photograph of the information plate or sticker showing the make and model information.
