De minimus aid

A state aid assessment was carried out to determine whether support contributes towards de minimus aid.The outcome of this assessment concluded that the support we deliver is unlikely to meet all four of the state aid tests.  As such, Zero Waste Scotland does not believe the support provided by the our service is state aid and therefore does not contribute towards your allowable allocation of de minimis aid.
