Options for submitting floor plans for a free lighting assessment

To help us conduct your free lighting assessment, it would be ideal if you could provide a copy of your floor plans, like the one shown below. These plans should cover every area of the site where you would like to upgrade your lighting.

You may have been provided with floor plans when you purchased the site. If your site is leased, your landlord should be able to provide you with a copy. If you have made any changes to your building that required planning permission, your local authority may have plans on record.

If you can’t get floor plans, a fire plan, that is annotated like below with some comments to show us the rooms you would like to upgrade, their dimensions and what they are used for would be sufficient.

Alternatively, we could work from a hand-drawn sketch, like below, or even a simple list detailing the dimensions and types of the rooms you would like to upgrade.
